To convert or copy DIVX to iPod, you should go to the settings dialog and choose iPod MPEG4 as encoder. Now all of your converted files will be in MPEG4 format.
Pay attention to "Compression Quality" setting. The highest value you choose - the more qualitive file you get and the bigger file as a result.

All selected files will be copied to iPod (please make sure it is connected to your PC) just you press the Copy to iPod button.
